The high standards of treatment demanded by elite athletes ensure that people from all walk of life can benefit from our expertise’ Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability. It utilises the principles of sport and exercise sciences incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the participant for training, competition and where applicable, work. If you are in pain or have a query regarding an injury or condition please get in touch for an appointment. We work with clients from all walks of society regardless of how they were injured or experienced pain. We have over 20 years experience working in the professional Sporting environment, including Football, Mixed Martial Arts, Professional Ice Hockey and more. Recently we were tasked with looking after the Hollywood actor Chris Pine during the full shoot of the Netflix Film Outlaw King. This role quickly branched out to treating other main cast members, stuntmen, directors and quite literally at least 2 crew members from each department on the shoot!
