In 1997, Paragon International School Cambodia (Paragon ISC), formerly Zaman International School, opened its doors. It is regulated by the School Board and is one of Cambodia's top bilingual and international schools in terms of teaching and service quality. Legal Advice Make an appointment for legal advice including Ankara Agreements, Work Permits, Home Office Issues, Benefits and Housing including buying your home. We are taking measures to ensure that the wellbeing of all employees, students and suppliers is paramount during this global pandemic. Official guidance from WHO and PHE is being monitored to ensure compliance and appropriate responses. All staff have been fully briefed with regard to appropriate practices to ensure the spread of the virus is minimised. The cut-backs in free education courses through colleges has necessitated an alternative approach which led to the establishment of Community Prospects.
