Cwmni Addysg Rhyw - Sex Education Company has been commissioned to deliver relationships and sex education (RSE) training to BCUHB staff and partner organisations in North Wales. The aim of this training is to increase confidence and skills to work more effectively with issues concerning sexual health and vulnerable young people. 'The best training I have ever attended!' This is an International Driver CPC - 7hours course - Rules of the Road & Customer Service and it is suitable for LGV & PCV and will cover: Requirements, Speed Limits, SMART Motorways, Highway Code, Road Signs, Bridge Strikes, Mobile Phones, Sat-Navs, Traffic Accident Procedures, Company & Driver Image, Who Customers Are and What They Want, Communication Skills, Giving Good Customer Service. All courses start at 07:45 hrs and finish at 15:45 hrs All courses are 8 hours long with included 2 breaks of 15 minutes and a lunch break of 30 minutes. The Jiwsi RSE Network is holding an online webinar to share sex and relationships work practice in North Wales. This seminar will focus on sharing our practice and offering peer support. We will host guest speakers and members will have the opportunity to share practice and network. Our confirmed guest speakers are Helen Bichard from BCUHB Clinical Psychology sharing information on Non Fatal Strangulation on the Brain, Alice Hoyle author of ‘Becoming a Sensory Aware School’ speaking about ‘Putting the Sensory in RSE’ and Claire Lightley, CEO of Bodysense Education sharing how we can use interactive resources in our RSE . We will also have an update on the progress of the North Wales C Card Scheme. January and June. Record of Experience (eROE) To be eligible to sit your first exam, you have to complete your electronic Record of Experience (eROE). The eROE has to be submitted to your tutor by 31st Jan for March exam, and 31st August for November exam.
