This is a course combining e-learning and face-to-face training. You will have access to e-learning content starting from a month prior to the face-to-face course up to five months. The e-learning duration is for seven hours. The face-to-face course covers all the practical and testing elements of the course.Who is this course suitable for?The ALS provider course is designed for healthcare professionals who would be expected to apply the skills taught as part of their clinical duties, or to teach them on a regular basis.  The Generic Instructor Course trains future Instructors in the principles of adult learning. These skills can then be used to teach fellow healthcare professionals at a number of our courses, including ALS, EPALS, APLS and NLS.This course is a joint collaboration between Resuscitation Council UK and the Advanced Life Support Group (ALSG). Around 900 Instructors are trained on this course every year.This course consists of a day of e-learning followed by two days of face-to-face attendance, which will take place in a Resuscitation Council UK Course Centre.&nbsp;
