How to Look Properly: Move Slowly: Walk slowly with the CAT over the area. If you move too fast, you might miss some beeps. Check in a Cross Pattern: First walk in one direction and then the other direction to make sure you cover all the area. We discuss ideas and projects that use the arts to bring positive change to people who are or have been homeless. We are holding monthly global video meetings to give people in our network, or simply interested in arts and homelessness, a chance to get together remotely. The meetings are relaxed and fun and a place to share news, ideas and creativity. This year we are adding some amazing training sessions and professional development to the schedule. During the 'own my life' sessions. We will explore the culture of abuse and violence, misogyny and disrespect in relationships. 'Own my life' is a 11-12 week programme that looks at healthy vs unhealthy and abusive relationships. The course explores how women can regain ownership of our lives following abuse including finding and owning our mind, body, choices, relationships, world, feelings. We will explore the culture of abuse and violence, misogyny and disrespect in relationships. We will use lots of resources to make it fun and informative and we will have lots of time for discussion.
