This interactive 3-hour webinar is designed for teams who want to understand one another’s behavioural style and improve how the team interacts. Using the DISC framework, we'll uncover how people think, behave, and work differently. Participants will understand their own behavioural style and its impact on others. We'll explore how different styles prefer to communicate and collaborate, and how to adapt our messages to team members with diverse working styles and communication preferences.

The LAA operates a strict compliance regime when it comes to auditing family controlled work matters, and mistakes can often result in a Contract Notice, corrective action, and further follow-up activity within 6 months. This course will discuss the various aspects of family controlled work billing, with discussions on topics such as how to bill private law, public law, and help with mediation matters; how to evidence whether substantive negotiations and a settlement have taken place in private law matters; how do the LAA audit travel and other disbursement claims; what evidence must be present on files to avoid any issues on audit – including scope, gateway evidence, and forms/evidence of means (rules on evidence of means will be included in brief, however, a separate, more in-depth course will be announced in due course); and the rules on claiming separate matters and escape fees. Key aspects of the Civil Contract and associated LAA Guidance (including the Codes Guidance) will be included, along with a discussion of common errors that are made. Target Audience This online course is aimed at anyone involved in billing Family Controlled Work matters or managing an LAA Family Contract. The path to healing is paved with empowerment! This can mean many different things. At the start of our journey, it can be about learning to take self responsibility for our wellbeing, inside and out. At other times it can look like learning to receive, as we may have had a tendency to over give. No matter where you may find yourself, the invitation is to discover balance where you are. Through the use of different healing frequencies and codes, including energy activations and light language, these sessions are designed to do just that. Outspoken Cycles Park Tool School courses are aimed at home mechanics who wish to have an in-depth knowledge of their bikes as well as those individuals required to maintain bikes for friends, schools, clubs, businesses and other organisations. The 2 Day Intermediate course teaches you mechanical skills following the Park Tool Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair syllabus to familiarise you with many bicycle systems and workshop practices. Completion of assessment leads to the award of a certificate. You are encouraged to work on your own bike. Please be aware for some elements of the course certain bikes may not be suitable, however, there are also a number of classroom bikes to work on where necessary. We can provide a classroom bike if you’re unable to bring your own.  Course Detail Over two days you will cover: Chains (Assessing wear, chain care regimes, removal, sizing and installation) Pedals, Cranks and Drivetrain (Assessing wear, removal and installation of all components) Cassettes and Freewheels (Removal and installation, assessing wear) Gear Setup (Cabling and setup) Rim & Mechanical Disc Brakes (Assessing wear, strip down and re-installation) Bicycle Setup (Choosing the right bike, saddle height) Frame Assessment (new and damage frame assessment, tools used for frame prep) Price The course costs £275 inc VAT. An enriching and creative day led by artist and art educator Lucy Perry to immerse students in floral forms through expressive and painterly techniques. SATURDAY 9th August 2025 Beautiful Brusho Blooms: Join me to explore the magic of wax resist and Brusho watercolour dyes, surrounded by summer blooms. I will you show how to use these incredible pigments in exciting ways, take you through the exercises I use to loosen up and produce expressive florals, and help you to create a stunning painting to take home. The day starts with some quick observational drawing exercises in the garden to get to know our glorious subject matter. Lucy will guide students through explorations of colourful blooms in Brusho watercolour dyes, creating vibrant and lively studies using expressive brushwork techniques, wax resist and dip pen with ink. As the day unfolds, students will be able to use these new skills to paint a bouquet of summer flowers. Who is this course for? This course is for anyone who loves natural forms and wants to find exciting ways to explore them artistically. You might be at the beginning of your art journey or you might be an artist or designer with lots of experience but looking for new ideas and the opportunity to take part in new art practices with like-minded folk...new ways of seeing, leading to new possibilities. It will also provide you with an opportunity to relax and focus on mindful activities; restorative and connected to nature. What is included?
