I am a surface designer and have been designing and cutting stencils for almost 30 years - first for printed textiles, then for architectural sandblasted glass and currently for papercuts. I love simple, bold and graphic imagery and am inspired by primitive art, Scandinavian textiles, my Welsh heritage and the beautiful Gower landscape where I live, all mixed up with a love of illustration and design. Although I gained recognition for my distinctive architectural glass, undertaking large scale commissions for public and private spaces and meeting the Queen with my work, it is the hands on, simple and traditional technique of paper cutting which I currently find most gratifying. With just a scalpel, paper and cutting mat I create contemporary and humorous images which are designed to make you smile. My products sell across the world and in addition to winning an award at the prestigious Made by Hand exhibition I have been featured in the press. Everything on this site is designed or made by me and I source my products as locally as I possibly can, and always within the UK. I exhibit widely in galleries in the UK and attend many artist events in person as well as running paper cutting workshops from my studio. Our Past Work Skills Learning was founded in 2005 by Dayo Adeagbo. From 2000-2005 Dayo was the Head of Education at Feltham Young Offenders, responsible for providing education for children aged 11-17 and 18-21. In 2006 Work Skills Learning started providing academic and vocational courses for children and young adults. Another major development was our partnership with Hackney Learning Trust and The Urswick School, which continues to the present day, where we teach adult classes on Saturday mornings. Work Skills Learning has delivered a wide range of courses, to communities across Hackney. One of the most significant developments has been our work to train teaching assistants. Our Present We have extended our work with Local Authorities with the aim of helping as many children and young people as possible. We work closely with each child to ensure that they can play a full part in society and to give them the additional skills to move forward with their lives. We have facilities to deliver a wide curriculum from Entry Level to GCSE and beyond, as well as accredited skills-based courses, including an Arts & Crafts facility, music, design and ICT, all designed to give our students the best possible chance in gaining new qualifications. We are in our 10th year of delivering adult courses for individuals who wish to establish a career as a teaching assistant. This is offered to all schools, which enables us to train those who are already in the workforce, helping them to achieve career progression, using our specialism in SEN to support their learning. We have outstanding specialists who deliver the course with us. To date we have taught over 600 students, many of whom are now working in schools across London. This has been life changing for many of those who have studied with us.

Guidance document GD 32 Self drilling fastener installation tools explains that screw guns are an installer essential when working in roofing and cladding construction, as they ensure that the optimum mechanical performance of a self-drilling fastener is obtained, guaranteeing the integrity of the building envelope. Impact drivers should not be used! Their repetitive impact action can lead to drilling failures, reduce the fastener pull-out performance, and damage the coating or strip the moulding on the fastener head.
