Among the first to arrive at a scene, First Responders typically include Police Officers, Firefighters, and those providing medical cover at Festivals and Events, such as Emergency /Community First Responders, Door Supervisors, Close Protection Operatives and Security Guards, as well as those working in high-risk environments including the Military, Power Stations, Agriculture and Manufacturing. OVERVIEW This informative, hands-on five-day course fulfils the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor Level D, providing the knowledge and practical skills needed to deal with a range of pre-hospital Emergency Care situations. Electric Vehicle Technicians have had access to certified training at different levels of competency for a number of years, but this has not been the case for Vehicle Dismantling Technicians until now. Vehicle repairers have been taught how to diagnose faults on Electric or Hybrid vehicles, make them safe, repair or replace the high voltage component and then put the vehicle back together and make them work. Vehicle dismantlers need to know how to assess Electric and Hybrid vehicles, store them properly, make them safe and dismantle them, store the parts and ship them out for re-use, repurposing or recycling, so the accredited and certified training for vehicle repair technicians met some of the criteria for dismantling but not all. Electric Vehicle Dismantling Training raises the professional standards of the vehicle dismantling and recycling industry, provides consistent training standards across the world, helps develop knowledge and understanding, enables team members to grow their own abilities, and achieve accredited training.

Our intensive courses are designed to combine classroom study with 'real world' speaking opportunities.  Classroom Teaching (15 hours week) The classes are topic-based (money, healthcare, schools etc.) or deal with everyday English situations. All the grammar is introduced systematically and integrated with the situations and topics.   New structures are learnt through student-centred activities, with language targets practised through pair work and group work. Our teachers use a range of teaching materials, making use of internationally-recognised course books and work they have created themselves.   English in the Community (8 Hours) Your English in the community classes are structured around speaking and listening activities. Whenever possible, we find chances for you to speak with English people. LG's Therma V air-to-water heat pump product training course now available from Unitherm. On completion of the one day Therma V training course, you will gain access to LG's extended product warranty (7 years subject to the warranty terms and conditions) which is a parts and labour contribution warranty. What's covered: • The full LG Therma V range; medium temperature split and monobloc systems and the high temperature split system. • Product range and design, installation, commissioning and basic troubleshooting. • Suitable for Heating/Installation and Service Engineers only. • Refreshments and lunch will be supplied free of charge on the day. On completion of the course, you will gain access to LG's extended product warranty. (Subject to LG's warranty terms and conditions). For the extended warranty you will need to attend the training, install to LG's requirements & supply LG with the following; • LG Commissioning Form. • Hydraulic and Wiring Schematic. • Photographs of the installation. • MCS Submittal documentation (if applicable). • LATS Therma V report (if applicable). All documents need to be with LG within 30 days of the system commissioning date.
