We offer adult open classes for all levels in ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, stretch, improv dance, breath work, sound baths, meditation, barre, and yoga, with new classes being added regularly.  Our dance studios are state of the art dance spaces with Harlequin sprung flooring, marley, full length mirrors, portable ballet barres, free wifi, soaring high ceilings, wireless Sonos sound systems, and local management.   Our space has a selection of daily classes, taught by London's finest young, accomplished, and passionate teachers.  It is also available to hire by the hour, half day, or day for filming, photography, rehearsals, and private lessons. Pirita Tuisku is a Finnish dance artist. She has been working as a Dancer, Choreographer and Teacher in Finland, Scotland, South Africa, Hong Kong. Versatile artist has already over 17 years of experience working in different fields in dance. Her passion is to create work that will engage with audience, emerge with different art forms and bring alive topics from daily life. Her Dance training background is versatile (Contemporary dance, Latin Styles, Street styles, Jazz, Tap). From her classes she hopes everyone to get confident with their dancing and find their joy from dancing. "There are no mistakes, only good solos!" -is slogan you will hear her saying in the class.  She loves how dance brings people together from differetn cultures and countires and now more then ever in online platform!!  Now also you will have chance to get her in your livingroom and connect with her wide Dance community!!

Classes are taught to mixed abilities in small groups on the floor or at the ballet barre. They are supervised by qualified insured instructors and are open to anyone over 16 years who wishes to improve their fitness and body shape. Each class lasts 55 minutes – begins with warm-up exercises and continues through a comprehensive range of moves, thoroughly using all muscle areas including mobilising and stretching. The exercises are strenuous without being aerobic, achieving targeted results as the clients are encouraged to work at their own pace. All levels of ability and fitness are taken into account.

Hello! I'm Angie and I'm the Director of AE Dance + Fitness. Since 2017, I've been teaching and building dance classes across Bristol to get as many people FEELING GOOD as possible through movement. What started as 2 Lyrical Contemporary classes at Hamilton House on a Friday night quickly grew to a Bristol's most energising and welcoming dance community! We offer a huge range of classes from Ballet Barre Fitness to Commercial Latin, all taught by Bristol's loveliest, most supportive, most INSANELY talented dance teachers! And in January 2022 we decided to take that feel-good energy of our adult dance classes and channeled it into classes for kids to! Whether you're brand new to dance classes or have been movin' & groovin' since you were 4, our goal is always the same. We want to make good people feel great so that can do amazing things! We create an environment where everyone feels comfortable as soon as they step foot in the class. And we make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a spring in their step. Our teaching style is supportive, upbeat and motivating. And our class vibe is chatty, welcoming and energising!
