The webinar will begin with an overview of the anatomy of the ankle and foot, including the bones, joints, and ligaments that provide stability and mobility to the lower limb. Participants will learn about the function of each structure and how they work together to support weight-bearing, walking, and running. The CPD webinar will then cover common injuries and conditions that affect the ankle and foot, such as sprains, strains, fractures, and plantar fasciitis. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of these conditions and how to assess and treat them using physiotherapy techniques.
