Here’s a brief biographical profile and outline of my photography career. If you want to see a few pictures of me, click here. If you have any questions, just click the chat button or get in touch at nick@nickdalephotography.com or on +44 7942 800921 . Photographer | Writer | Speaker | Teacher | Judge I dreamed of becoming a photographer when I was 15, but my mother wanted me to go to Oxford instead! I ended up reading English at Oxford and working as a strategy consultant for a few years before retiring at the age of 29. I then travelled round the world for seven years, doing four ski seasons and working on an internet start-up in San Francisco before finally returning to London in 2005. At that point, consulting work felt too stressful, so I decided to go 'quality of life'. I'm now a private tutor and international award-winning wildlife photographer. I became a tutor in 2009 when I happened to read an article in the paper called 'Ten Ways to Beat the Recession', and I started taking pictures again when I received a random email inviting me to go on safari and climb Mount Kenya. I've been a wildlife photographer since 2013, taking pictures in 26 countries on all seven continents and winning various awards including the Sunday Times/Audley Travel Big Shot. I spend a lot of time in Africa, and I’ve been on over 300 game drives and boat rides there. I’ve also worked as a Resident Photographer at various safari lodges: 2019: Klein’s Camp, Serengeti Under Canvas, Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp and Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp 2020: Gabus Game Ranch and Etosha National Park in Namibia 2022: Ol Jogi in Kenya and Muchenje in Botswana. I'm always happy to answer questions from guests, whether it’s about camera settings, the rules of composition or just identifying all the different species of wildlife. Back at camp, I'll give the odd talk on camera technique, give feedback on their images and show them some of my own. Maybe I’ll see you out there…! Artist’s Statement I have a passion for wildlife, and I want to celebrate all its facets in my photography, including power, beauty, cuteness and humour. These are the qualities I want to share with people. I’m not a conservationist, so I don’t take pictures of endangered animals to put on posters for Greenpeace or Friends of the Earth. I take them because I love close encounters with the natural world, and I want to share the excitement, relaxation, tenderness and wonder they evoke. I started out taking 'portraits' of animals. That was all very well, and a lion might look beautiful sitting on the African savannah at sunset, but there isn't much energy in that sort of picture. What I try to do now is to focus on action shots. I still take portraits - and sometimes I don't have a choice! - but my ideal image is much more likely to be a cheetah chasing down a Thomson’s gazelle than a bird sitting on a branch! My favourite animals are the predators, and the advantage of a long lens is that it can create the impression of being right up close and personal with some pretty dangerous beasts. It’s that sense of excitement that I try to capture in my work, and I'm happy to use whatever technology I can find to do the job. Lion King Shirt: A Brand That Helps You Honor Your Family Legacy

lion king shirt: a brand that helps you honor your family legacy

Family forms the heart of our lives - we all know this. They raised us, educated us, gave us the memories and traditions that define who we are. Yet, as we grow up and have our own paths, modern life can weaken those family bonds. That’s why you have to make some genuine effort to preserve them. And that’s where the brand Lion King Shirt [https://lionkingshirt.com] comes in. As a famous POD T-shirt brand, this store has served so many families over the years, and they all share the same love and reverence for each other. The team commits to creating custom POD T-shirts that are centered around your family. From reflecting your lineages, to celebrating your memories, the brand’s talented designers make sure that your bond echoes for generations. LION KING SHIRT EXPLAINS: HOW POD T-SHIRTS HAVE BONDED FAMILIES IN AMERICA 1. Creating A Sense Of Belonging By wearing custom T-shirts together at reunions and holidays, you can reconnect the whole family, even families that have fallen out of touch for a long time. It is only natural: once all the members have united under the same fabric, it builds a sense of pride in your heritage, nurturing new and old bonds alike. Though times will change, these special T-shirts remind you of your shared roots, which run deeper than anything. No matter what your name is, where you come from or how you look, you are united by blood. By ordering a simple T-shirt design that says, “The Anderson family” or something, you remind all the members that their lives are sewn together, by invisible threads that far outlive the human memory. 2. Preserving Memories Through Clothing Not all families stay together through the years. In America, children usually move out when they’re 18, and only come back home once in a while. All the more reasons for your family to have some custom T-shirts, so your bond can transcend space and time. For example, when you send a POD T-shirt to a child studying overseas, that shirt is not just fabric anymore. It becomes a living archive of memories; it ensures that your kid has something to remember his or her roots. As they look at the design in the mirror, they’re instantly taken back to their first baby steps, and taken through a long path of memory. POD T-shirts can bring your folks together like never before. 3. Strengthen The Family Identity This usually applies to families with more “unique” traditions and identity. For instance, if you’re born in Texas, and your come from a long line of shepherds, a POD T-shirt with a sheep will certainly tug on your heartstrings. Thanks to T-shirts with unique symbols and elements, you can represent the intangible, yet unbreakable bonds in your family. The bond can be anything: from natural scenery, to names and dates, to images of your shared dreams. These T-shirts are much more than fleeting trends. They are the chronicles of your folks’ traditions, values and ideals. HONOR YOUR FAMILY WITH LION KING T SHIRT DESIGNS AND CUSTOMIZATION 1. Designs That Reflect Family Heritage And Legacy If you want to create designs that represent your proud family, then you’re in luck. In this famous POD T-shirt brand, there is a vast and diverse array of options to honor your lineage. Buckle up, you’re about to go through quite a trip! In the category for family, the brand offers so many types of T-shirts that visualize the dates, triumphs, histories, landscapes and ideals from many family generations. When you browse the website, you can choose among thousands of options. There are T-shirts of pioneers settling in Texas, or the forefathers that build the first bricks of Washington D.C. There are no limits to this reputable brand. You can even design and customize a T-shirt on your own. The brand offers a customized page on the website that is very easy to understand. You can add photos of your family, the important dates and years, or a familiar holiday attraction you used to visit. Anything you need to make your legacy immortal, Lion King Shirt has got it. 2. Honoring The Loved Ones Who Have Left So Soon When it comes to family, there is a very sensitive topic that few brands dare to touch: grief. Thankfully, Lion King T Shirt [https://bento.me/lionkingshirt] empathizes with this pain, and turns it into beautiful designs. Every family has been through grief at least once. Many kind souls have been called to heaven too soon; they never had a chance to meet younger generations. Thanks to customized T-shirts from this brand, you can commemorate the loved ones who have left. If you have any old photos, don’t hesitate to send them over. The brand’s talented designers will try their best to restore those pictures to HD resolution, then print on the best type of fabric. With these designs, every member in your family can say their farewells and have a proper closure. Even the young kids can know about the ones who have passed, and learn about their lifetime passions and talents. As you can see, T-shirts are not just for our material needs, they help spread our blessings to the spiritual world too. With this sacred service, the brand makes sure that your loved ones will stay in your heart, giving you strength and bravery every day. With POD designs, your loved ones will always be with you. 3. Helping You Make New Memories But POD T-shirts are not just for replicating history. The brand has some very vibrant and creative designs, allowing you to create new and modern memories with your family. For example, if someone in the house is getting married, don’t miss this chance! Come down to the brand’s website and start ordering a wedding design. You can add as many elements as you want, from flowers to chocolates to rings. Or if a member’s expecting a child soon, go ahead and print the toddler’s name and sonograph. The same goes for anniversaries, holidays, and everything in between! Because the designing and printing process is so quick, the brand can make sure you won’t miss a beat in celebrating your family’s events. As the years go by, you can add the many T-shirts to a wardrobe, then look back to see how much the family has blossomed. OTHER LION KING TEE SHIRTS SERVICES FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 1. Caring Customer Services Here in this brand, there’s an entire team of staff, and they commit their full time to make sure your family feels respected, supported and uplifted throughout each experience. To be specific: on regular work days, the team keeps all of their contact channels up and active, so all of your questions will be answered in a matter of hours, and definitely not longer than a day. No matter who you are: a grandparent looking to surprise their grandkids, or a young boy doing something nice for their parents, they answer you with diligence, politeness and honesty. Should any surprises happen, the team rushes at it with patience and empathy. Here at this brand, each and every staff has been trained to uplift the customers, far beyond the objective of profit. Once they’ve committed to their buyers’ wellbeing and benefits, all other success will follow. Dear families in America, you can rest assured that this POD brand has got you covered. They consider it their personal mission to fulfill your order, as if they were taking care of their own family. 2. Transparent Policies For Peace Of Mind In Lion King Tee Shirts [https://kikoxp.com/lion_king_shirt], the team understands that there are customers of all ages, and they might not be aware of the policies in a POD brand. That’s why the brand has publicized all of their policies on the website, crystal-clear for the world to read. The team understands that POD T-shirts are a very special type of goods. They’re produced in a non-traditional way, so their shipping times and quality are erratic too. So if your order is damaged, mistaken, or otherwise different from what you want, please contact the brand immediately. They can offer you plenty of solutions, from refund to replacement. There are crystal-clear policies to help you get the T-shirts. 3. Secure Payment And Easy Tracking Finally, the team takes security very seriously. Because the entire purchase process is made online, many people are concerned for their privacy, especially your grandparents and parents. To make sure your family feels safe and secure, the brand has applied many precautions to protect your payment info from falling into the wrong hands. On the website, you can see some very straightforward policies, stating that no third party can see your credit card numbers. That way, you and your families can go shopping with confidence, and create awesome T-shirts that accurately reflect your lineage. FINAL VERDICT In the fast-moving world of today, family relationships are easily affected, and threatening what we cherish most. Thankfully, with the POD brand Lion King Shirt, you can revive traditions, create memories and unite your family for life. From your kids to your grandparents, your whole family can receive unique T-shirts that enrich their lives and protect their memories.

In 2007, at the age of 22, David Duncan gave up a secure job in the IT industry and took the first steps to make an old dream come true. David has always had a strong creative streak; from helping his grandmother bake and decorate the most beautiful cakes in her kitchen when he was a little boy, to sculpting in clay in his school’s art department – the seeds were sown that would eventually grow into the highly successful and award-winning 3D Cakes. From a humble start in 2005, making spectacular wedding cakes for friends and friends of friends in his kitchen, things accelerated quickly to an ever-expanding business. David is now one of Europe’s most renowned cake designers, most famous for his fashion-inspired cakes. David and his team have been honoured to design and create cakes for HM The Queen, HRH The Prince of Wales, J.K Rowling, Prince William, Bon Jovi, Crowded House, and high profile brands including Dior and Chanel. 3D Cakes Edinburgh won the VOWS (Voted Outstanding Wedding Supplier) ‘Cake Designer’ Award in 2008 & 2009. In 2010 a selection of 3D's wedding designs featured in the summer issue of VOGUE magazine in the UK. Later that year, David changed his focus to a previously unfounded niche in the UK market – creating realistic sculpture cakes. In 2011, the company's fashion inspired designs were showcased at Copenhagen Fashion Week. In 2012, David expanded into the field of cake master classes, with 3D Cakes having tutored in excess of 32,000 students to date at the David Duncan Sugarcraft School. A highlight of 2012 was creating a giant cake (a map of Scotland) for Holyrood Palace depicting HM The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Tour Route. In April 2013, the team created a cake for the Royal Yacht Brittania’s 60th Anniversary celebrations, with the cake being displayed on board the Yacht, in the magnificent State Dining Room. In September of that year, David was honoured to design a cake for Prince William, whom gifted the cake to Yao Ming for his birthday and rhino conservation work. In February 2014, 3D Cakes Edinburgh won both ‘South East Wedding Cake Designer of the Year’ and the overall ‘Scottish Wedding Cake Designer of The Year’ at the Scottish Wedding Awards. 2014 was to be a big year for the team, with their expanding online tutorial service and the brand new ‘David Duncan Cake Supplies’ online store launched in summer 2014 - click here to visit the site, this also coincided with the launch of the 3D Cakes 24 Hour Deals website. In March 2015, 3D Cakes again won both the "South East Wedding Cake Designer of the Year" and the overall "Scottish Wedding Cake Designer of the Year" at the Scottish Wedding Awards 2015 and were thrilled to again win ‘South East Wedding Cake Designer of The Year’ at the Scottish Wedding awards in February 2016, were again finalists in the 2017 awards, as well as Runner-Up in The Confetti Awards 2017. In April of that year, the decision was taken to split the business with Alannah taking over the Edinburgh business, rebranding as 3D Cakes Edinburgh, and David starting a new venture in Glasgow, 3D Cakes Glasgow. In December 2017, the 3D Cakes Edinburgh team were honoured to create a replica of HMS Queen Elizabeth Aircraft Carrier which David presented to HM The Queen at the commissioning ceremony for the ship in Portsmouth. 2018 saw the David Duncan Masterclass Tour begin in Copenhagen, with future tours planned for Paris and Milan. In early 2019, 3D Cakes Edinburgh were finalists in the Confetti Awards and again won both the "South East Wedding Cake Designer of the Year" and the overall "Scottish Wedding Cake Designer of the Year" at the Scottish Wedding Awards.

The Socent Connection

Our mission is to promote social enterprise to people and give them the opportunity to connect with the many amazing companies within the sector. We want to inspire the next generation of change makers, whether as consumers, employees or entrepreneurs. Commited to Growth 100 % Passionate 100 % Friendly 100 % The Founders Story Meet Anthony Veluz The journey so far… Summer 2012- National Citizen Service EBP My social enterprise journey started in 2012. At the end of my Law and Business degree, I worked as a Mentor on the National Citizen Service (NCS) for their summer programme. I supported and coached a group of young people, through a programme of personal and social development, which culminated in a social action project in their local area. This programme consisted of team-building activities at an outdoor activity centre and skills development week at a University. For social action, my group carried out a project in their local community, providing a positive impact. Although NCS encompasses social impact, I wasn’t aware of social enterprise at the time. I didn’t even realise that the NCS provider I was working for, The Education Business Partnership (EBP), was a social enterprise themselves. It was only during the following year that I realised EBP were a social enterprise. I worked for them on NCS as a mentor across 13 different programmes over the years. 2013 – Elephant Branded It was during my Masters that I came across Elephant Branded, the first social enterprise I actually knew about! I had an interest in ‘good business’ and it was whilst I was watching ‘Be your own Boss’ on BBC3 that I discovered Elephant Branded. They make these amazing products out of recycled material, which in turn funds school kits in Africa and Asia. They also support the communities who make these products. I researched them online and discovered they had a student rep program. This is where the journey began. I started doing events on campus such as talks, lectures, pop-up stands, promoting Elephant Branded online and offline. This caught the eye of James Boon, Elephant Branded’s founder who offered me further opportunities across the country. Opening doors to lectures, talks, workshops and events in places such as Nottingham, Boston, Cardiff, Surrey and London. I really enjoyed what I was doing. I was able to meet many other social enterprises at events and learn more about social business. I gained new contacts, new skills and newfound confidence. Working For Other Social Enterprises Elephant Branded got the ball rolling. Other social enterprises were seeing what I was doing which led to me promoting them. I started working for GiveMeTap and LSTN Sound Co in addition to Elephant Branded. The skills I obtained with Elephant Branded were transferred to my newly appointed roles. I was offered a unique opportunity to represent all three social enterprises on the NCS programme, which I had previously mentored on. I delivered the Business Challenge on NCS across the East Midlands and Yorkshire, representing Elephant Branded, GiveMeTap and LSTN. It was The Apprentice meets Social Enterprise meets NCS. I had great fun promoting social enterprise to the young people on NCS. The challenge encouraged them to think about social enterprise ideas in their local areas and pitching new business ideas. During Global Entrepreneurship Week, again I represented all three social enterprises at an event hosted by Enterprise Zone and UnLtd at Boston College, celebrating social enterprise, Go Social. It was at this event I met people from UnLtd and discovered they funded social enterprises. I looked into this and eventually pitched for both pre-start-up funding and start-up funding. In between, I also successfully pitched for start-up funding from my University in Lincoln, leading to the next piece of the puzzle, setting up The Socent Connection.

If you're moving into Leeds or want to change schools in Leeds, you need to make a school transfer – often called an in-year application. Moving schools can be a difficult experience for a child. You should always speak to your child's current school before trying to move to see what support they can offer you How to apply for an in-year place We are part of the Leeds coordinated in-year application scheme. This means you can apply for a place online using the Leeds in-year application form at Before you move schools (leeds.gov.uk). You can apply for places at our school and most other Leeds schools at the same time on this form. If you have moved house, please upload evidence of the house move with the online application. You can find out what you need to provide on the above website. We have to offer places by applying our admission policy criteria to your child’s application and we will contact you with our decision about offering you a place. We will tell you our decision no later than 15 school days from when you apply. If we cannot offer you a place, we will write to you to explain the reasons, explain how you can appeal and add your child to our waiting list in case a place becomes free. Our waiting lists are kept until end of each school year. You will need to make a new application if you want to be on the waiting list for the following school year. Appeals If you are not offered a place at the school you requested, you will have the right of appeal. The appeal panel is independent of the school and council and the decision is legally binding. Before you appeal you: should accept any place that you have been offered in case your appeal is not successful should think about why you are appealing and check if it's likely to be successful could read the advice for appealing school places on GOV.UK could get independent advice on making an appeal from a charity Leeds City Council arranges our appeals and you can find the appeal form at School appeals (leeds.gov.uk) If you are applying for a Reception place for September 2023, you need to submit your appeal form by the above deadline to ensure the appeal will be heard before the summer holidays. Appeals for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 – these classes are limited to 30 pupils per teacher by law. This means that appeals for these places are less likely to be successful. If our school refuses your child a place because of this limit and you want to appeal, you will need to make an infant class size appeal. You can see if your reasons are likely to be successful by reading the Department for Education's information about infant class size appeals. Other appeals - You can appeal because you want your child to attend a particular school. These are successful if the panel agree that the reasons for your appeal outweigh the school's decision not to admit any more children. Wanting your child to go to a school because you think it is the best one in the area is not likely to convince the panel that your child should get a place there Look at the Leeds City Council school admissions video Ninelands Primary School Admissions Policy 2022/2023 Admissions Policy Appendix A - Map of catchment area Admissions Policy Appendiz B - Local Authority supplementary application form 1a Admissions Policy Appendix C - Local Authority supplementaty application form 1b Nursery Application Form 2021/2023 Nursey Application Form 2023/2025 Nursery Admissions Policy 2021/2023 Nursery Admissions Policy 2023/2025

So, who are Copycast Studios and where did it all begin? Take a look at the timeline below to see our journey... 2005 Dean & Natalie made the first mould of their newborn baby's foot in their kitchen using some leftover body-casting material that Dean was using for a replica movie prop project. After copies are given to relatives, positive feedback sparks a new business idea. I 2006 With research and a business plan, Dean & Natalie stumble across a vacant shop at Hatton Country World. Copycast Studios opens it's first premises in April 2006, leaving their salaried careers behind. I 2008 Shop premises closes. However, a steady growth and a customer-base covering The West Midlands, The Cotswolds, Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire (and occasionally other areas) sees the mobile baby casting service launched instead. I 2009 Copycast Studios starts making their own line of shadow box frames and keepsakes including personalised giftware. I 2010/11 Ebay shop opens selling DIY casting kits, box frames, casting materials and other keepsakes. Orders start coming in and we are sending parcels all over the country and even abroad. I 2019 After taking a back seat in place of other projects, a re-launch is planned that includes a new website focussing on casting services and DIY casting kits. I 2020 Copycast Studios continues to grow an online presence with shops on Etsy, eBay, MadeMe and the launch of the new website. I The future... With the outbreak of COVID-19, it's clear that the way we interact with each other and shop will change forever. Therefore, we'll adapt and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to create a beautiful keepsake of their own with more and more DIY casting kits and socially-distanced casting sessions. We have lots of ideas too big to put on here, but make sure that you keep up to date by clicking one of the social links at the top of this page and connecting with us!

Body Confidence Wellness

Hi, I’m Justine. Welcome to Body Confidence Wellness, where you will find Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching, Body Confidence Fitness, and Body Confidence Products. In 2020 we all had to make changes to the way we work, the way we live, the way we interact with family, friends, and colleagues, and we’ve all made changes to our wellbeing. Some for the positive and some less so. When reflecting on what I believe we all need right now, and when I looked to put all my previous experience together, it made absolute sense to put it all together with Body Confidence Wellness. I provide women with Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching packages, and a safe & fun environment to exercise together online. What’s safer and more fun than working out in the comfort of your own home? I owned and managed a Curves, Fitness for Women franchise for 5 years, and worked as a Circuit Coach in 2 other Curves franchises before that. It was at Curves that I worked with over 500 women, each one had her own unique requirements and goals. And it was there that I developed a real passion for helping women of all ages, different shapes & sizes, and varied physical abilities to reach their potential. While at Curves, I developed not only my passion for working with women on a physical health level, but I learned that we have to work on ourselves and our confidence from the inside too, on an emotional and mental health level as well! When I discovered the Institute for Body Confidence Coaching™, where I am now certified, everything fell into place! All the work I’d done previously, the love I have for the holistic body, and working with women to achieve their goals and potential. And that’s how Body Confidence Wellness came to be. Thank you for visiting the Body Confidence Wellness website. I look forward to hearing from you.
