sally harris mindfulness
I’m passionate about mindfulness because it worked for me. When a painful health
condition coupled with a demanding role managing a mental health project left me
stressed out, anxious and exhausted I enrolled on an eight-week Mindfulness for
Health course. I’d already done quite a bit of meditation over the years, but
something about that course just clicked with me and I soon started feeling more
like myself; more peaceful, open and calm. I committed to a regular mindfulness
practice, and felt so inspired by the benefits I experienced on my physical and
mental health that I decided to start training so I could share what I’d learnt
with others.
