I’m a 53 Year old real person with real life pain & challenges which brought me
to this Personal Trainer Journey. I have always been into fitness teaching
Aerobics & Tai-Bo at a local high school over 22 years ago then as my baby boys
grew I got heavily involved with my local Martial Arts Club gaining my Blackbelt
in Jiu Jitsu & teaching Ladies Self defence & Strength and Conditioning Classes.
I suffered a trauma around 11 years ago which triggered off PTSD & ill health
causing me to struggle with everyday tasks, lots of tears, lots of tightness and
low back pain not to mention weight gain! In 2017 I said enough was enough and
began trying to heal myself the Holistic way via good food, exercise lots of
Yoga,Pilates & Strength Training My Aim as a personal Trainer is to get you onto
a holistic health path through nutrition, mindfulness & exercise enabling you to
live a normal life… “The food you eat can either be the safest & most powerful
form of medicine or the slowest form of poison”
