Do you need chocolate for this course?
This is a knowledge based course without the requirement to buy a tasting box. To get the best from the experience we recommend you source some chewy fruit sweets and some of the best chocolate you can find to do the tasting exercises in the Art of Sensorial Tasting section. 

The second video takes you through the Melt-not-Munch exercise illustrated with a tasting of 70% Madagascar chocolate from Bare Bones Chocolate.  This would be a great starter chocolate if you are looking for a bar to taste with the course. There is an option to purchase a Barebones Madagascar mini bar with postage, at the checkout.
