This course is designed for service industry professionals who aim to maximise their efficiency, develop better customer skills, and increase their value. Managing people and teams is consistently the biggest challenge raised by new managers (and even many experienced managers). He is also an expert in data protection, UK GDPR and on the civil legal aid scheme.
