EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner Course A 2-day deep-dive workshop on RADAR and how to use it as an agile project performance framework. The essential course for anyone wanting to learn more about the RADAR logic and how to build a continuous improvement culture and mindset across your whole organisation.   Who is it for? This course is suitable for anyone who wants to understand the RADAR logic and how it can be used to make their organisation more effective. In some cases, the training will have fulfilled an individual's learning needs. In many cases, the individual will want to consolidate their learning by applying the theory to a practical task. We encourage you to apply RADAR to a practical, work-based project, and we provide guidance on how to approach and complete your project.    Completion of the RADAR Performance Improvement Project also allows you to progress to one of the advanced EFQM qualification programmes: EFQM Performance Improvement Leader, EFQM Assessor or EFQM Organisational Change Leader.   EFQM Performance Improvement Leader If you successfully complete the EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner training and the subsequent project, you are invited to apply for the EFQM Performance Improvement Leader assessment. You will be guided and coached by an EFQM trainer and asked to present your project to the EFQM expert panel. Here you will answer questions about how you applied the RADAR logic and principles (we provide participants with templates for running the project, as well as a high-level mid-term review). You will also receive feedback on how to improve and maximise the use of RADAR for future endeavours. City & Guilds 2391-52 Combined Course: Course Description The new Testing and Inspection City & Guilds 2391-52 Combined Course qualification replaces and is improved on the former 2394/2395 that was previously available to electricians but has since been withdrawn. City & Guilds 2391-52 course runs over five consecutive days, the first three days covering fundamental theory. The fourth day covering Initial Verification practical and revision. The fifth day of the City & Guilds 2391-52 course covering Periodic Inspection practical and revision with an open book 2 hours Multiple choice exam. A 5 day City & Guilds 2391-52 course for a student possessing knowledge of the wiring regulations and with minimal knowledge of inspection and testing, We strongly recommend City and Guilds 2382 is achieved prior to sitting this course, though this is NOT an entry requirement. In order to claim the full City & Guilds 2391-52 qualification, students must successfully complete the following: Completed during the course each student will sit a 2 hours online Multiple choice exam (open book) Then will have to reattend and complete a Practical Assessment which is 4hrs. The Refrigeration Electrics 1 day course is aimed at anyone involved with refrigeration, air conditioning & heat pumps electrical control systems The course covers the three elements which are common to most refrigeration and air conditioning systems: protection, control, and motors. A typical refrigeration system will have protection provided by the fuse in the fused connection unit, further protection provided to the cable feeding the fused unit – probably by a circuit breaker, control provided by thermostat/time clock, etc, motor driven fans, pump & compressor. The aim of the course is to provide enough knowledge to allow maintenance and fault finding to be carried out safely and effectively.
