Ashraf was born and raised in the Middle East, moving to Canada in his early twenties where he obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor in Technology Management. He discovered his passion and natural talent for coaching in Vancouver, where he was trained as a Co-active Coach by CTI, and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Today, Ashraf lives in Germany where he coaches clients of various ages and nationalities and from where he travels to provide and receive training, share experiences and develop partnerships with other coaches and educational institutions from around the world. Ashraf has coached business and life clients in Canada, USA, Europe, Middle East.
