We have been fortunate to have the unique experience of producing the World’s largest non-tutored, online distance learning MBA program, and managing its content over 14 years of commercial growth and success. This program comprised 45 Master level (20 credit) modules; 20+ million words; 7000+ illustrations and videos; and 900+ individual course components; all capable of delivering 4000+ hours of interactive online study and assessment in four different languages. It was delivered on paper and online to a global audience of tens of thousands of students in 160+ countries. Theater for Portland FamiliesPlan Your Visit Venue, Directions & Parking NWCT is located at 1819 NW Everett Street, Portland, Oregon, in the historic Northwest Neighborhood Cultural Center in the vibrant Nob Hill neighborhood. Numerous rooms are used as classrooms, performance venues, meeting and event spaces, as well as several administrative offices. Off-street parking and a paid surface lot are available nearby. Limited free parking is available in the NWCT lot located directly behind the theater on NW Flanders. On-street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please note: Parking in Northwest Portland can require patience and planning. NWCT recommends all patrons plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before curtain time. The Survey Association, known generally as TSA, is the trade body for commercial survey companies in the UK. The association was formed in 1979 to give a focus for private sector businesses in land and hydrographic survey. It is important to realise, however, that it is not a regulatory body. The role of TSA is to promote best practice amongst its members, provide a forum for members for discussion, debate and continuing professional development and, to the wider audience such as engineers and architects, provide guidance on new methods and techniques and a list of suitably qualified and experienced companies. Today, the association has over 200 companies in membership as full, associate, supplier, affiliate or academic members directly involved in the geospatial profession. TSA is also involved in lobbying Government departments when appropriate and other agencies such as the Environment Agency regarding policies likely to affect or involve the survey profession. TSA meets regularly with RICS and CICES on a range of issues and has established a group called the SLG, or Survey Liaison Group. This body convenes at regular intervals to examine matters of mutual interest and to ensure that there is little or no duplication of effort by the three bodies. Representatives from the Geospatial Commission also regularly join SLG meetings. Children Unite is a registered charity that promotes participatory approaches to working with exploited children. Since 2010 we have worked in over 15 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America with children's rights agencies and donors that are supporting exploited children and young people. Through consultancy : We work with NGOs and donors that support exploited children and young people. Our advice service builds organisations' capacity to integrate children's participation into organisational policy and structure, and develop programmes that are based on needs identified by children themselves. Our technical advice and consultancy includes programme evaluation and grant assessment, qualitative research and policy reviews as well as capacity building and training staff and children. Through our projects : We facilitate children's activism and advocacy in order to influence national and international policy and practice. We design and co-ordinate participatory research and projects that empower exploited children. We have successfully supported child domestic workers to campaign nationally and internationally; influencing the International Labour Organisation's Domestic Workers Convention and introducing local by-laws to protect children from exploitation. Rory Laughton-Scott, Founder My nickname as school was ‘space invaders’. This name originated from sitting in biology, daydreaming about anything other than biology, as the information went straight over my head. At school I thought I was below par, not smart, not capable. Which was a shame. I wasn’t interested in most of the subjects, and thus I didn’t do well and my expectations for my life lowered. Fast forward to my first job, a role in Marketing. It required me to work quietly on my own, building websites, brochures, flyers etc. I wasn’t very good at it. I realised that talking to other people, working in teams, with a unified goal in mind, motivated me.10 years in Recruitment has seen far more success than anything I’ve done previously. Why?
