How to deliver healthy lifestyle messages linked to physical activity, to encourage people to change their behaviour. Where suitable resources for signposting can be found. Who is the course aimed at? The course is aimed at anybody interested in looking to support physical activity conversations in the workplace or community. It is particularly useful for workplace health champions, and those who are responsible for workplace health and wellbeing strategies.
