The Award recognises the venues that are most welcoming, fun, and accessible for families. In this informal briefing session, you can:  Find out more information about the Kids in Museums Family Friendly Museum Award 2025, including how to apply and the impact the Award has had on previous shortlisted museums and winners. Ask any questions about applying for the Kids in Museums Family Friendly Museum Award 2025. The session will be led by Kids in Museums staff. LOOKING FOR: PICTURE BOOKS Barry Timms is a children's picture book editorial consultant with over twenty years' experience. He has also edited preschool books, non-fiction and young fiction works. Barry's editorial roles include senior and managerial positions at Macmillan Children's Book, Walker Books and Little Tiger Group, making commercially successful books of the UK, US and international markets. Barry is also an award winning author of over fifteen picture books. This is NOT a Unicorn!, published by Nosy Crow, won the Stockport Children's Book Award 2022. The PAM® can make a valuable contribution to assessing a patient’s ability to self care at any given time. This assessment helps support next steps on what would be needed to increase their levels of knowledge, skills and confidence in order to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes. It can be used to tailor interventions to individual needs, significantly increasing the likelihood that people will adopt behaviours that contribute to better health. It can also help commissioners to make available the kinds of interventions needed, especially for those with low levels of activation who have most to gain.
