As AI becomes more embedded in our workplaces, coaching needs to evolve to keep up. But how do we as coaches create the space for teams to truly integrate AI as a team member? Or maybe AI is not a team member – maybe that is us as coaches humanising it.
Join us for our next ORSC Community Event on 12th March, where we’ll explore:
How to coach effectively in the AI era
Whether AI should have a "voice" in team alignment
The balance between human intuition and digital intelligence
Given the topic, we’re hosting this event virtually—embracing AI by bringing its voice into the conversation through our tech.
Please invite your friends, colleagues and anyone who would benefit from the topic of conversation! All ORSC Curious+1's are welcome!

It was great to have the opportunity to learn some new techniques and to gain more awareness of how I present myself. The most immediately applicable uses have been in reducing my “ums” and “ahs” and in trying to come to my point in a more succinct way. I’ve been cultivating this awareness in one-on-one settings; meetings and individual conversations.
