We provide accredited training through our live webinars with remote training, live with the trainer. 
You only need to attend our venue in central London to sit your exam. We run webinar training courses regularly each month. 
Currently courses are only £40pp including RSPH exam fees. Our courses are VAT exempt. 
This level 2 course is for anyone who works in food and drink manufacturing, food packaging and catering. It is ideal for anyone who is new to HACCP, needs refresher training or is part of or going to be part of a HACCP team. It is also a great course for sole traders and artisans. 
The level 2 course in HACCP is a one day course. 
You will learn about the Principles of HACCP, Food Safety Management, Hazards, CCPs, Critical Limits, Target Levels, Codex Decision Tree, Different methods of Monitoring, Corrective Actions, Verification methods and HACCP documentation. We will also cover Safer Food Better Business for Catering learners. 
You will be assessed by a multiple choice exam. This will take place at our location in London (near Clapham Junction station). 
You will be emailed all the course material you need to print off. If you do not have access to a printer, we can print and post the material to you for an additional fee of £15pp. 
You will receive your results within 5-7 working days after your exam. If you have successfully passed the exam, you will be issued a digital certificate from the RSPH which is Ofqual Accredited.
