There are different skill sets needed, different tools, and different life-cycle phases. Course Overview Organisations generally collect enormous amounts of data. However, what data or information is really needed? How do we present the data that we have collected so that it is openly available and can be understood and used to drive the business? Is the data collected driving change? Structure of the Course This one-day workshop will enable participants to gain the necessary skills to collect, analyse and present data in an understanding and meaningful way and assist the decision-making process.
