Hi, I’m Ruta. I’m passionate about helping my fellow humans to step into their power and embrace the world that you came here to experience. This work is very close to my heart. In my late 20s, I experienced a life changing crisis. It brought me to this transformational work and changed the course of my life. I was working hard to achieve my dream of becoming secure and to have a stable status and position in my life. Then, I got clinical depression that took me years to overcome. I wanted to know what was wrong with me, so I started to read about psychology, spirituality and emotional wellbeing. I found that I had a deep interest in the internal workings of the mind. I started a counselling course. Then I completed a post-graduate level certification at the University of Sussex. I studied in the system and field of traditional psychology. And I’ve started to see gaps and limitations in it. The more I seen it, the more I preferred alternative approaches, tools, and techniques. By working with people, I saw how at the root of every emotional block or problem, there is an unresolved trauma. I started to see how we, our parents, and our children have been and are still experiencing trauma. Sometimes by simple everyday interactions with other people. The problem is that none of them (us) were taught how to take care and nurture our emotional selves. Also, to that realisation, I noticed that there is unresolved trauma wherever you look. And that’s how integrative trauma models and techniques became the basis to all work that I do. That and re-education for emotional wellbeing.

Welcome Dear One,   I am Namura, a spiritual teacher, advisor and healer in service of the Light.  From an early age, my connection to the spiritual world led me to explore various meditation, healing and psychic development techniques, both on my own and by attending spiritual development workshops and classes. Being driven to further help others, I therefore got trained as an Archangel Life Coach, Angelic Medium  and as an energy healer practitioner through the Angelic Reiki Association. Always guided by Spirit in my personal practice as well as when working with clients I have become comfortable to mix and match a plethora of tools and methods, such as Energy Healing, Channeling, Psychic Guidance, Light Language, Sacred Geometry, Past Life Regressions, Crystal Healing and more. I also enjoy creating channelled art, which people found to be very healing and powerful. Most of the techniques and meditations presented in Namura's World workshops and classes are a result of my personal experience and my channelling of various Light Beings, such as Angels, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides, Galactic Light Beings and more. Penny Parks Training is the authorised training provider of Parks Inner Child Therapy (PICT). Parks Inner Child Therapy provides rapid and painless resolution of trauma & childhood abuse to the many victims worldwide. Although originally devised in the late 1970s this therapy model has continually evolved to remain at the cutting edge of the resolution of trauma, childhood abuse & emotional challenges. It is probably the most effective model available with the most significant feature being that it can bring about change gently as there is no need to disclose any details of traumatic events. The rapidity of its effectiveness has been enhanced by the introduction, in 1996, of the PICT Quick Change model, devised originally to cater for clients from overseas; where resolution may be completed in a series of 5 consecutive days of 4 hour sessions. (The QC 4 hour sessions can also be offered in weekly, 2 or 3 day formats). Penny Parks Training also provides a valuable resource to clients, practitioners and health professionals, as well as anyone interested in the topic of childhood abuse and its related subjects. Penny Parks herself was consulted as an expert in the field by health professionals, the media and in legal cases.
