Mama Mia! Explore the world of Italian soap making by creating your own Italian soap. You will learn about the origins of the stunning essential oils you’ll be using, their properties and how to blend them to create your own beautiful soap. You will then choose how to wrap your soap with a selection of Italian inspired traditional soap wrapping papers.

BYOB Ultimate Pottery Experience

Try your hand at the pottery wheel and paint your finished piece, group sessions get to sculpt while they wait their turn on the wheel.

We run four week beginner courses for new students. In this time you will learn the ABCs of Wing Chun and be well prepared to join the foundation level class on completion of the course. It costs £40 for the course and you can train twice a week, giving you access up to 12 classes in that time. Please contact us to book your place on the next available start date. 

Hi, I’m Ondine a dog walker and trainer based in the Rhondda Valley. I have been training dogs since I was 8 years old when I finally persuaded my parents to allow me to get my first dog, Sam an incredibly naughty Border Terrier, Jack Russel cross. My life has led me to love and train all types of dogs from German Shepherds to Cayman Islands street dogs like Rosa. I have trained dogs to fight crime with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service and have interned with the Miami Dade Police Department K9 Unit. I have also been lucky enough to train Flyball with the wonderful Pam Martin and the Top Dog Flyball Team as well as be coached by the Canadian Flyball champions and world record holders, Team Spring Loaded Flyball. All of this experience and fun has led me to be a firm believer that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. Discover the golden art of Kintsugi. The perfect answer to fixing or upcycling sentimental pottery. Whether it's your favourite cup or your Nan's best vase, during this uplifting pottery workshop, we'll take you on a step-by-step journey to fix or upcycle pottery using gold metallic lacquer that is visible and beautiful. Loosely translated, Kintsugi means 'golden joinery' that highlights your object's events rather than disguises them. It can also be seen as a variant of "Waste not, want not".  All materials and tools are provided to fix one piece of ceramics per person across 1.5 hours. You can bring your own broken pottery or we have some pottery ready for you to upcycle and take home. You don’t need any experience, as your guide will be on hand with plenty of one-to-one support, letting you switch off from the world to focus entirely on yourself and follow your mind, body and spirit during the session. At the end of this Kintsugi class in London, you'll have a beautiful piece of pottery, along with a new skill to continue developing in your own time! Good to know: All workshops take place at AC Studios, CC1 Studio 2, Trinity Buoy Wharf, E14 OJW Group workshop of up to 10 people All materials and tools are provided to fix one piece of ceramics per person across 1.5 hours that you can take home there and then. Are you a little tired of drinking the same three or four different reds every time you go out? During this event, we will take you through a range of wines made around the world using lesser-known indigenous varieties.

In Week 2 we continue our Italian discovery deep into the heart of Italy, where the most recognised region lies, Tuscany. Here we find the famous Sangiovese grape, the leading variety that has a major part to play in all the reds from this zone such as; Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello, and the hot-topical 'Super Tuscans.' In addition, we find Umbria with Orvieto.
