An Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is designed for individuals who care for infants and children, such as parents, teachers, childminders, and nursery staff. The course lasts one day (6 hours) and covers essential life-saving skills and first aid procedures for children. Terms and Conditions for Booking an Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. All bookings must be made through the official booking system and are subject to availability. 1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place on the course. 1.3. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have received this confirmation. 2. Cancellation and Refunds 2.1. All bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the course start date. 2.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. 2.3. In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the course provider, bookings may be transferred to a future course date. 2.4. If the course is cancelled by the provider, a full refund or alternative course date will be offered. 3. Attendance and Participation 3.1. Participants must attend the full duration of the course to receive certification. 3.2. Late arrivals may be refused entry and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 3.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any pre-requisites for the course where applicable. 4. Course Changes 4.1. The course provider reserves the right to make changes to the course date, venue, or content if necessary. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible. 4.2. If a course is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their booking to the new date or receive a full refund. 5. Liability 5.1.
