Learn how to provide crucial support during a mental health crisis while gaining the skills to spot early signs of mental health issues. Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice. Ruth has over twenty years of Wood Carving and Pyrography experience and will guide you step by step to create a 2d Relief Carving on a solid piece of Local Wood using traditional gouged and mallets or a design drawn and burnt into the wood. The workshop will take place in an outdoor studio space set on the grounds of the 48 acres Birtley Estate.

This workshop is designed to help you manage your time more effectively. It will explore issues with time management, prioritisation and delegation, managing meetings and emails, Managing other peoples priorities and action planning.

Understanding, working with and leading systems that promote patient safety in this way will become increasingly important for all health care providers and this course will help to build a solid foundation in this crucial subject to enhance your career and improve your patient care.
