Learners will be introduced to EAS as part of the fire safety solution for tall residential properties. This CPD course provides learners with an understanding of the requirements of BS 5839-1 in relation to, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EAS.

During the procedure, a topical numbing cream is applied and then a mechanical derma pen ( we do not use derma rollers) is used to insert tiny needles into the skin to cause microinjuries or punctures. The idea is that the damage caused by the needles encourages your body to send healing agents (elastin and collagen) to the cuts to repair them. Circle of Friends is an approach to enhancing the inclusion, in a mainstream setting, of any child or young person who is experiencing difficulties in school because of disability, personal crisis or because of their challenging behaviour towards others. The ‘circle of friends’ approach works by mobilising the young person’s peers to provide support and engage in problem solving with the person in difficulty.
