About this training course Business Impact: The main aim is to provide insight and understanding of data analytics and machine learning principles through applications. Field data is used to explain data-analysis workflows. Using easy to follow solution scripts, the participants will assess and extract value from the data sets. Hands-on solution approach will give them confidence to try out applicable techniques on data from their field assets. Data analysis means cleaning, inspecting, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering new, useful information and supporting decision-making. Learn how to create easy to read accessible person centred profiles for children of all ages and young adults. Course Category Person Centred Planning Inclusion Description Person centred planning is a way of expressing a set of inclusive values through a unique range of tools and techniques. The most easily used approach is called creating a one page plan or a person centred profile. All person centred planning tools and processes are driven by a commitment to achieve inclusive outcomes for the person whose plan it is, and the young people involved are always present throughout their planning session. The focus of all person centred approaches is the whole person irrespective of the label they carry. Two people, a process facilitator and a graphic facilitator, typically facilitate plans. The role of the support service staff in this work is as a facilitator not as an expert participant, problem solver, assessor or provider of consultation. One Page Plans are especially effective tools in planning and supporting children and young people with additional support needs and for through-care planning for young people who are looked after or accommodated. Over time person centred working will reveal areas of unmet need in current provision and thereby inform the ongoing strategic planning within any particular region. Testimonials Be the first… Learning Objectives To Explore the values underpinning person centred working To show how One Page Plans naturally capture young people’s strengths and capacities A demonstration of how person centred planning encourages meaningful consultation and participation with young people (particularly for those who cannot make their views known in typical ways To show how Person Centred Planning leads to the building of stronger parent/school partnerships To indicate how person centred planning can promote multi-agency teamwork and shared responsibilities To increase understanding the how of process and graphic facilitation in person centred work. Who Is It For ? Teachers and School Staff Education Services Social Care Staff Health Professionals Transition Coordinators Family Support Workers Link Workers Course Content An introduction to the person centred planning tool of creating a One Page Plan We would stress that this is an introductory day and that participants will be expected to make plans for their own follow up and further practice of the tools covered in the course of the day. About this Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Asia Pacific is set to be the largest and fastest growing Hydrogen market globally. This growth is driven by decarbonisation of energy-use, ammonia production and rising demand of fuel cell electric vehicles. Hydrogen as a fuel has outstanding energy carrying capacity and many application possibilities ranging from Petroleum refinery, Ammonia and Methanol production, Transportation and Power generation. Although the current petrochemical market segment will remain strongest in the near future, it is the transport and power sector which spurs the vision of a massive market takeoff in the next decade. The ever-rising share of renewable energies require flexible and scalable storage solutions, which in turn offers many additional revenue streams beyond pure electricity sales. Adding to this the strong impetus towards decarbonization of the transport sector from cars, trucks, trains to ships and even airplanes creates the breed for an exciting and yet untapped market potential. This course aims to clarify and assess the hydrogen business case along its value chain and versatile market applications. Training Objectives Understanding current hydrogen market status and recent developments Major drivers and inhibitors influencing the growth of the market Understanding and comparing various production technology processes Challenges and solutions in transport, distribution and storage of hydrogen Mapping the many petrochemical, energy and transport applications Analyse business cases from around the world and understand their economics Target Audience Project developers Equipment Manufacturers Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sector companies IPPs and utilities Transport sector companies and port operators Policy makers and regulators Investors and lenders Course Level Basic or Foundation Training Methods The VILT will be delivered online in 4 half-day sessions comprising 4 hours per day, including time for lectures, discussion, quizzes and short classroom exercises. Additionally, some self-study will be requested. Participants are invited but not obliged to bring a short presentation (10mins max) on a practical problem they encountered in their work. This will then be explained and discussed during the VILT. A short test or quiz will be held at the end the course.
