A full day class where you'll create a couple of pieces of jewellery from silver clay. You'll learn various different techniques and to start your silver clay journey.

Make Your Own Jewellery Masterclass Create a bespoke Ring   The ultimate curated jewellery-making experience! Join us and book our upcoming jewellery Masterclass run by Kristina Smith founder of Ark Jewellery. Jewellery Making Experience   A fabulous curated jewellery making experience. Create your bespoke, memorable ring to treasure forever and pass it down to generations. Make a personal, special gift to a loved one, presented in a beautiful branded gift box and package. You will receive all the tools needed as well as one-to-one tutorials within the group and 2 wax rings. Lost for ideas? Kristina will help you with tips and techniques for creating beautiful patterns and textures. We will cast and polish your ring in recycled silver (or gold at additional cost depending on weight and carat) and send it back to you in a branded gift box and packaging using sustainable materials to delight you or your loved ones. One to One tutorials are also available. This would be valuable if you are planning on making your wedding ring or want to work with gold.  Group Bookings for Celebrations, Bridal Parties, and Corporate Events What could be more fun than getting together with friends for a special occasion such as a birthday or bridal party to be entertained and get creative together? A glass of Prosecco on arrival will ensure an unforgettable day for everyone. The memories, as well as the jewellery, will always remind you of the special bond you have... 

Transform the inner metal from a car wheel, washing machine, tumble drier or even an old gas canister into a completely unique fire pit or barbecue. Your experience host will first show you how to safely work with a variety of hand and power tools, including angle grinders, which you’ll use to make your garden creation. Scott will guide you through the process of creating your upcycled piece, sharing his many years of experience upcycling from all sorts of recycled materials. At the end of the day you'll leave with your own custom fire pit or barbecue, along with the skills to make more upcycled metal creations at home. Facilities Toilets WiFi Refreshments available Parking COVID-19 guidelines Everyone will need to confirm fitness each day. Everyone will have their temperature taken at the beginning of each day. Hand washing will be compulsory at set times during the courses. Face masks will be compulsory during the specific parts of the course where you will be breathing heavily due to exertion. The remainder of the course we will have face shields available as an option to facemasks. Face shields will be provided. But please bring your own face mask. On the day You don't need any previous woodwork experience, just some enthusiasm! Please wear old clothes (or something that you don’t mind getting damaged or torn) and sensible, closed toe footwear. Work boots are recommended. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day, but please bring along your own packed lunch. Course Location courses can be either in Glastonbury or at Scott's own workshop near the Bath and West show grounds (BA46QN) and will be confirmed.

Come and learn to make your own unique solid silver glass pendant and earrings using silver clay and a cabochon, which is a gem that has been polished but not faceted. Our instructor, Louise, is fully qualified as a senior tutor and holds an Art Clay Higher Diploma and has been teaching jewellery making for over ten years. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced jeweller, Louise is on hand to help you create your own cabochon design from silver clay. You'll be guided by Louise to help you make your own pieces for you to treasure and take away! Louise has a relaxed, informal approach with the aim of having fun as well as learning and creating lovely pieces of jewellery. Please come and experience the course yourself and add a new item to your jewellery collection!

Come and learn to make your own unique solid silver ring from the amazing material that is silver clay incorporating a stone. I will show you how to size, design, make and fire your ring into a beautiful solid silver piece ready to wear home. You will make a patterned ring band and a ring with a stone setting. Our instructor, Louise, is fully qualified as a senior tutor and holds an Art Clay Higher Diploma and has been teaching jewellery making for over ten years.

In this exciting, educational and intriguing full day sea glass course, you will be shown how to make your own solid silver jewellery pieces incorporating sea glass and take away your own unique pieces to wear and treasure or as gifts for loved ones.

Learn about the unique qualities of silver clay and make your own solid silver jewellery. You'll be guided by a friendly and experienced teacher to help you make three jewellery pieces for you to treasure and take away! Firstly, you will make a leaf pendant or earrings. Then you'll mould a small object of your choosing to turn into a charm. Lastly, you will form a pendant or charm and learn how to add texture and a gemstone. Once all your projects are ready, you will be shown how to fire and polish your pieces to be solid silver with a beautiful shine.

An evening class to make some jewellery. Silver clay can be cut and sculpted and used to create wonderful textures. Designed for beginners.
