Be prepared for emergency first aid situations at work The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed to benefit Learners by preparing them to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations and/or take on the role of emergency first aider in the workplace. This one day course is for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide help to people in a range of emergency first aid situations. During the course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries. At ECS, we also include the optional session on Management of life-threatening catastrophic bleeding as standard.
