Art & Circus Easter Holiday Camp for 5 - 11 year olds in East London! We run totally unique Art and Circus workshops for children in London aged 5 - 11 with elements of well-being and mindfulness to help prepare your child for the day ahead. Bringing more creativity, confidence, fun, play and well-being to your child. Every week is centered around a different theme so your children will always be doing fun and exciting activities. We also offer healthy organic snacks throughout the day. All the fun and creativity your child could want in East London. Theme: Safari This will be a fun-filled and creative week, during which the children will make everything from a zebra masks, animal safari watering holes, safari jeeps, giraffe puppets, explorer hats and binoculars, safari maps and much more! Easter Monday Pilgrimage On Easter Monday, 21 April, join a thousand other pilgrims at St Albans Cathedral for a joyful pilgrimage and service that brings people together from across the Diocese. It’s a day for everyone— grandparents, parents, young people, kids, and even dogs (muddy boots welcome). There's no need to book tickets, just turn up! Or book to let us know your church is coming. The Service Arrive at the Cathedral to gather on the beautiful Abbey Orchard before heading inside from 2:30PM for an informal service at 3PM, filled with worship, a couple of thought provoking reflections and a short communion led by Bishop Richard, Bishop of Bedford. The Journey Getting there Come however you want, by foot, by car, by bus, by train or even helicopter (not provided)! Set out from your local church or one of our designated hub churches together as a community. Whether you’re bringing a colorful banner, sharing prayers along the way, or just enjoying the journey, this is your chance to join an epic journey of celebration. This practical class is designed to help you identify the signs of stress in your body and mind, and gently guide you toward restoring balance using simple, effective breathing techniques. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of a moment of calm, you’ll leave with easy-to-use tools that can support your well-being anytime, anywhere. Through guided exercises and gentle breathwork, we’ll explore: How to recognise stress and anxiety patterns in your daily life Why the breath is such a powerful tool for emotional regulation A variety of simple breathing techniques to calm the nervous system How to use breath as a grounding practice in moments of overwhelm A short relaxation practice to integrate what you’ve learned No previous experience needed—just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to breathe.
