Hydrodermabrasion Course *machine and other kit is not inlcuded. You will train using our equipment. What Is Hydrodermabrasion? This treatment is often mistaken for microdermabrasion, however, these two are different. Microdermabrasion is used to exfoliate your skin without any crystals, unlike microdermabrasion. The process is a lot more comfortable for your skin and is safe for sensitive skin as well. The course is divided into 2 parts, the first part is theoretical which you have to complete before you come for your practical training, and the second one is a practical assignment. The practical assignment is done on the day which will be agreed upon course purchase. You will spend around 2-3 hours practising on a model in our venue in London E106RA. We will call you to arrange date once you sign up for the course. Will I require a model? Yes, usually 1 model is required Do I Need Experience Before Booking a Course? Paediatric First Aid (12 Hour) Description: This two-day paediatric first aid course focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants, including day nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders, parents and carers of children at home. Designed around the needs of all child carers, our paediatric first aid courses place emphasis on dealing with sick or injured children and babies. Our 12 hour course syllabus exceeds the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements. Our professional trainers utilise both practical and theory sessions. Learners receive a Paediatric First Aid guide book, a training dressing and a CPR barrier protection device.Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and care of the unconscious requires physical effort. Learners should be capable of working with casualties at floor level. Learners are assessed continually by the trainer. The HSE strongly recommend that all First Aiders undertake annual refresher training of at least 3 hours per year. ILS was launched in 2002 as there was a demand from healthcare professionals to know the skills needed to respond in an emergency. It is now the most popular Resuscitation Council UK course, and around 100,000 people are trained in ILS every year. ILS certification is recognised across the UK, the EU and Australia. During the one-day course, you will develop the skills to: recognise and treat the deteriorating patient using the ABCDE approach; identify the causes and promote the prevention of cardiopulmonary arrest; undertake the skills of quality CPR and defibrillation (manual and /or AED) and simple airway manoeuvres; utilise non-technical skills to facilitate team leadership and effective team membership. Who is the course for? The ILS course is suitable for doctors, medical students, nurses, nursing students, midwives, paramedics and student paramedics, physiotherapists, dentistry professionals and other health and care professionals. It may also be suitable for fire service technicians, police personnel and prison officers. Instructions Pre-course preparation: Candidates will receive their ILS manual two weeks before the start of the course. Candidates are expected to have prepared for the course by reading the manual.
