About the technique: The Kusum Modak Method, previously referred to as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM), Traditional Ayurvedic Massage, or simply Ayurvedic Massage, is now named in honor of its creator. This change was introduced with the establishment of the Modak Institute, founded by Kusum Modak to preserve her legacy with integrity and authenticity for future generations.
