TREDU (Finland) is a regional upper secondary level college in the second largest city region in Finland. Tampere Vocational College Tredu has altogether 17 campus areas in Tampere region. Courses are arranged also elsewhere in Finland. Good Friends Moira Harper – Former Chair for eight years and President for three years Moira helped design a new curriculum, was a tutor and senior assessor for YFNI’s teacher training program, and currently is a board member of Yoga Therapy Ireland. She has a long term interest in promoting the link between yoga and mental health issues. Currently she sits on the Forensic Executive at the Royal College of Psychiatry in London. Liz Comerton – Founding member Liz is a relaxation, de-stressing and anger management consultant, who has taught on our training course for many years. ‘When we started the Yoga Fellowship, we tried to maintain links with the community and encouraged the spread of the benefits of yoga by our unique teacher training programmes which meet the needs of daily living. We brought many international teachers to teach and train us. This has given us a wide view of different aspects of yoga. Zero Entropy Consulting was established by Dr. John Ndikum, a London-trained medical doctor and Graduate of the Yale School of Public Health. John has always been passionate about teaching and passing on the lessons that he has learned; in medical school, he worked as a clinical tutor and keen to ‘give back’, has continued to engage in mentoring, formally and informally. John has worked as a volunteer, mentor and OutReach coordinator in various organizations including Rotary International, and Yale University School of Public Health. In addition, he has served on several career-strategy panels. Having guided numerous individuals over the past few years and noting an increase in demand for actionable, specific guidance, he decided to consolidate his own activities into a structured, tailored template. Thus ZEC was born. Sophie is a Senior Occupational Therapist. In addition to a diploma in Adult Nursing, she is a qualified personal trainer and has also worked as a wedding planner, massage therapist, salsa instructor, events manager and held various roles in the media industry. Dr Iain Lucas is the Chief Officer for the Rowner Community Trust. His role is to ensure the Trust enhance Grange Ward’s community well-being through improving the social, economic, environmental and cultural conditions identified by individuals and their communities as it is essential for them to flourish and fulfil their potential whilst being accountable to the community the Trust serves. Kim Lucas is the Project Coordinator. Kim runs the Gosport Youth Employment Skills (YES) Hub and Employment Access Centre funded by the Department for Works and Pensions and Gosport Borough Council. Victoria Smith runs the marketing (traditional and digital) for the Nimrod Community Centre and Rowner Community Trust. Victoria will be keeping the information on what is going on at the centre up to date and relevant. Carl Parkins is the Well-Being Practitioner for the young people who attend the Gosport YES Hub. Carl will be supporting the young people as they aim to move back into work, education or training. Daniel Brown is the Youth and Community Worker for the YES Hub and will be working alongside Kim and Carl. Daniel will support clients in creating personal plans to set attainable goals in the short term and explore long-term aspirations.

I run group sessions but offer instruction very much at a personal level using the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over years of teaching and studying. How to Ride Training DART staff provides small group training to help individuals learn to ride the bus in Greater Des Moines. Training will demonstrate how to plan a trip, read maps and schedules, recognize bus stops, pay fares, practice rider safety and more. How to Ride Training sessions are free and open to the public.
