Bax set up Taste the Wild to promote wild foods as exciting ingredients to use
in innovative ways. Through fun and informative wild food foraging and cooking
courses, participants are encouraged to develop their knowledge of wild
ingredients and how they can use them in their cooking, whilst considering
sustainability, seasonality and locality.
