Hi, I am Tomomi, call me Tomo. Many people believe that Japanese cooking is
difficult or expensive to do, or that the ingredients are hard to find. I’d like
to show you that it can be easy to do, friendly on the wallet, and with easy to
source ingredients. I was born in Yokohama and grew up around traditional
Japanese food and regular family meals. My mom prepared fresh food every day,
and I began cooking because I wanted to help her out. I learnt the fundamentals
from her, and this ignited the passion for cooking that I have today and want to
share with you. In my kitchen, cooking is a happy family experience, so why not
