Eat That Frog C.I.C was established in January 2011, by likeminded people coming together to set up a social enterprise based around People, Values and Quality. The Directors, Ian Powell, Sean Westlake and Gail Rochelle, continue with this mission, enabling people to identify and overcome their barriers to live a more fulfilled life. Over the past 7 years, ETF has gone from strength to strength; our provision boasts a success rate of over 96%, and we now engage with over 1000 people annually. Our bespoke educational provision for young people with special educational needs (autism, Asperger’s, mental ill-health etc.) has also been recognised, and we now have direct contract status with the Education & Skills Funding Agency, which enables us to offer further opportunities.

Devon First Aid was founded in 1999 by Mrs Helen Smith. Helens professional history included time working as a Senior Nurse Advisor at NHS Direct a Resuscitation Nurse Trainer in Devon and latterly as a School Matron in a private school. David has worked with Helen for several years providing support in training and assessing groups until Helen handed over the reigns in the summer of 2017. David has had a rich career in Health Care. He started in the St John Ambulance aged 12, Joined the Army as a Combat Medical Technician at 16 and trained to work in Operating Theatres a few years later. In 1992 He qualified as a Registered General Nurse working children with disabilities, elderly care, prison health care, NHS Direct and going on to qualify and practice as Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. David began his training career as an Officer with the RAF Volunteer Reserve where he maintains his affiliation with the Combined cadet force to this day. Helen developed a training ethos of gentle, fun, educational and practice-based learning which David continues to deliver. The Totnes School of Guitarmaking is the UK's longest running independent luthiery school, establishing a reputation that has brought students from all over the world to the workshop in South Devon for over 35 years. We offer 12 week, full-time guitar making courses for up to five people at a time. The Story of Mindmaps Wellbeing; After spending a solid 18 years working in various roles for the NHS, Tim recognized the significance of applying a preventative approach to mental ill health. He believed that educating workplaces and communities on the importance of mental health first aid and awareness training would equip individuals with the necessary tools to look after their own mental wellbeing and to support others.  By teaching people, the early signs of poor mental health, Tim hoped to prevent potential crises from occurring. With a sharp vision in mind, Tim shared his ambition with his friend Mikey, who was a business development manager with extensive operations experience. Recognising the value of Tim's project, Mikey eagerly joined forces to help him achieve this goal.
