I’m a qualified personal trainer and bikini fitness competitor. I’m passionate about helping women discover and enjoy fitness. There’s nothing that makes me happier than seeing women get fit and strong. Having learnt so much about diet and fitness through my own fitness journey I decided I wanted to help other women too. I love being in the company of women and knew my skills through my formal qualifications and through my own personal experiences would work better with women, so I set up my own studio where I could work exclusively with female clients in a friendly and private space. My mission is to create an inclusive, supportive exercise environment that delivers enjoyable exercise to women to help them feel confident in a gym environment, improve their body confidence, and improve their strength & fitness. I want to create a community of strong fit women that enjoy exercise and reap the benefits physically, mentally and socially.

Wildlings & Wellbeing CIC aims to reduce social isolation and improve mental well-being through nature connection and social engagement, by providing accessible and inclusive outdoor sessions at several locations throughout the Doncaster borough. We encourage Doncaster residents to get outdoors in all weathers and improve physical development whilst learning transferable life skills. We provide after school and extracurricular activities for children and young people and are a registered destination for Children’s University. Our nurture and well-being sessions are for personal and spiritual development. Our team of graduate professionals have backgrounds in child development, teaching, nursing, well-being and holistic therapies and youth work. Working in a natural environment helps to create a holistic approach to learning and development. Attendees will develop their physical, social and emotional needs through a person-centred long-term educational journey, improving confidence and well-being. Wildlings will be working closely with the safer communities teams and family hubs across Doncaster, in addition to other local community organisations and charities. Adult well-being sessions are also available, to meet up, have a chat around the campfire and learn new skills for personal development.

Natural dyes can be made using a variety of plant materials including leaves, flowers, roots, tree barks and kitchen waste. The use of alum and iron as mordants can also extend the variety of the dye colours. Throughout history, people have dyed their textiles using common, locally available materials, this can still be a very satisfying way of adding colour to fabric and yarn to use in your own craft project. Natural Dyes Workshop In this workshop we will make natural dyes from a variety of sources and use alum and iron mordants. We will dye yarn and fabric in the heated dye pots, using tried and tested recipes. We will use the dyed yarn and fabric from our dye pots to produce a colourful sample swatch, for you to keep as a record and use for future reference. This workshop aims to teach you the basics of natural dyeing for you to gain enough knowledge and confidence to continue natural dyeing independently. All materials and equipment are provided. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy, or bring an apron. You may also like to bring a small garment, like a t-shirt, a similar size piece of fabric, or some yarn to put in one of the dye pots.

I’m Sarah, founder and teacher at CRAFT. I opened CRAFT in February 2020, it’s been a dream for sometime to have a space to be able to teach a subject I love so much. I started sewing as a young girl, sewing together scraps of fabric from my mums fabric box, altering clothes and creating new ones. I’ve always been something I have always enjoyed. I graduated with a first class honours degree in Education in 2009. After graduating I took up a teaching post in a secondary school, specialising in textiles and food technology. After having my first child in 2012 I decided not to return to the classroom and started a business making and selling children’s wear from home. When my second daughter arrived in 2016 I decided to start teaching again. I taught in the workshop room at the back of Annie’s fabric shop most weekends. Workshops became popular and from that CRAFT was born. I wanted to create a space that could be used to teach sewing workshops but also could work with other creative areas. I hope that when people visit CRAFT they feel relaxed and enjoy spending time in the workshop space. I really love teaching here. I love sharing my knowledge, my top tips and my expertise. My aim is to give my students confidence and to share my love and passion of sewing. I want everyone to leave feeling excited to start their next sewing project .

Gathering together, we check in on how each person is feeling and what they wish to explore during their time in nature. We introduce new ideas and invite them to engage our help when they wish to. The woodland space is a blank canvas, full of textures and materials to enrich the senses and stimulate the learning journeys that we will all undertake. As leaders we have both an idea for the direction of the day should learners need us to provide this for them, but also understand the importance of encouraging them to decide their own direction. We offer customised training opportunities on a range of open courses for a wide variety of job and life skills opportunities through one-to-one learning support, individual learning plan, progress reviews and advice and guidance. We have delivered programmes ranging from privately funded courses to ESA, EFA 16-18, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Advanced Learning Loan and Adult Education contracts from entry level 1 to level 7. Our excellence in quality assurance, leadership, and project management have enabled the sustainability of our business, timely completion of our learners' courses and in getting to their destinations. Our average success rate since 2014 is ninety-eight percent. Zurbel Training works with local communities such as the Job Centre Plus, Connexions, Advice & Guidance and the Outreach Team in making sure candidates are guided on the right path. Our gratitude to our business partners working with us for our learners' work job placement, 95 per centre. With the support of our centre partners, courses are now delivered closer to learners' vicinity within their community. They also have the opportunity to study from home via our online E-portfolio assessment system. On completion, all our learners supported with progression route into further education or employment, where we offer them workshop activities on their CV writing, confidence building and job interviews techniques. General feedback from stakeholders i.e learners, employers, staff and funders have been so encouraging, in seeing learners achieving their aims. Our main aim is to increase our provisions to the hard to reach target group in the country and to secure direct funding.

Inova has been running since 2001 and provides consultancy services, training and coaching programmes in the areas of entrepreneurship, employability, career development and wellbeing, with a focus on diversity and equal opportunities. We work with a wide target group for which we provide a variety of training and support programmes. Much of our work focuses on supporting those who are under-represented or who face challenges to fulfil their potential, and many of these are co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. Our funded programmes have helped many of those who are most vulnerable, including migrants, NEET young people, older people and women who have been victims of violence, trafficking, homelessness or abuse, to name a few.
