You finally managed to get everyone in the same room or teams call… but all you can hear is tumbleweed! Either that or the same few voices are leading the conversation. It’s frustrating because you know people have more to offer.

In this online workshop, Gemma will give you a buffet of facilitation tools and practical tips that help people to feel more comfortable participating in meetings and which liven up meetings too. 

What you will get from this 60-minute session:
Understanding the main barriers to speaking up in meetings
Strategies for building psychological safety in your team
Tips on framing more purposeful questions and instructions for participation
A range of interactive participation tools to get people talking

This online session is designed to be as interactive as you wish. You are most welcome to ask questions, share challenges and discuss your ideas in order to get the most out of the session. You are equally welcome to listen in with your camera off. 

This session will be held on zoom – you will receive the meeting link a few days before the event.
