Edinburgh Marine Academy is a marine training centre based at in South
Queensferry, just outside Edinburgh. The company was set up in 2019 to fulfil
the rapidly expanding training requirements in Scotland, the UK, and Europe. The
Academy provides all levels of maritime training for those just beginning to go
out on the water and looking to purchase their first boat, right up to those who
want to work commercially in the marine industry. All training is delivered by
qualified and experienced RYA / MCA instructors in house at our Queensferry
base, or can be delivered in a location of your choosing, such as a place of
work or home port. Previous and existing clients range from leisure users who
are looking for training and advice on how to use their boat safely and get the
most out of it, up to commercial operators who are looking to train large
numbers of employees. The Edinburgh Marine Academy also delivers bespoke
training and services, which might include own boat tuition, a powerboat trip
for a celebration or event, or boat charter for filming and commercial work. We
