Kids&#39; Archery classes take place at Merryoaks Community Hall every Monday in term time. The 4pm class is for ages 4+ and 4.45pm is for 7+Children learn and develop a new skill, work towards certificates and badges, play games, get active and make new friends. Everyone starts off learning the basics of safety and technique with soft archery equipment and can progress on to real arrows.&nbsp; All classes are taught by a qualified and experienced coach and children progress at their own pace - and have lots of fun along the way!

Coaching is an art, and getting it right is crucial for future coaching events, the expectations of others who may require coaching (word travels fast), and the smooth operation of the business.
This workshop takes subject matter experts and helps them understand the art of interactive coaching. It begins with identifying what people want from a coach and the coaching experience. We delve into the practical aspect of reverse engineering the desired outcome. Participants will learn how to create what we refer to as Snap Objectives, a technique that establishes the coaching objective before the session begins, even in ad hoc or unexpected sessions.
By the end of this workshop, your coach will be equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to conduct effective coaching sessions. They will also be able to design coaching plans that adhere to a consistent approach, ensuring all coaching sessions are impactful.

Hydrogen is a versatile energy carrier and a widely used resource in the chemical industry. In order to decarbonize existing hydrogen use, clean hydrogen must be used. Hydrogen, as a chemical molecule, is perfectly suitable to store large amounts of energy, even for longer times and to transport energy between countries and even to enable the use of renewable energies across industry sector boundaries. One option to obtain low emission hydrogen is via water electrolysis using low emission or renewable energies as main input resource.This three-day classroom course provides an in-depth overview of the various electrolyzer types. Working principles and real-world systems will be introduced and discussed. In addition, the interfaces towards upstream inputs, electricity, water and space as well as towards downstream outputs such as hydrogen purification, compression, storage and transport will be discussed. Relevant regulations, codes and standards and requirements for certification of an electrolyzer plant will complete the program next to economic considerations. Rachel will give a short talk, lead you in some reflective activities to improve your dating life, and answer your burning questions about dating. It will take 6 months including 24 live sessions, 2 hours each, mainly in a weekly rhythm. You will get preparatory videos, reading material and tasks that help to understand and integrate the content, while the group sessions focus on demonstrations, discusion of the material, and practical exercises for you. All the time, our trainers and tutors will support you and we’ll be a learning family with an active chatgroup. Altogether you should reckon approximately 5 hours per week.
To cover most time zones, the schedule will be tuesdays at 17:00 GMT (London), starting on 7 January 2025.
Course content
You will learn the META-Health methodology for self-help, coaching and therapy:
Understand the META-Health principles and the Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection
Use META-Analytics for assessing the background and development of any health issue
Establish stress triggers, emotions and beliefs affecting your client’s health issue
Learn the building blocks for efficient changework and therapy
Unlock people’s healing potential through META-meanings, facilitating health supporting lifestyle changes
Develop integrative tailor-made META-Health Action Plans for your clients
You’ll learn META-Health from scratch. Those who have absolved a MHI Level 1 training within the last year get a discount of 20% of the training fee.
This training prepares you for the certification process to become licensed as META-Health professional.
Certification is optional. Even if you aren’t a health professional, you may enter the training to deepen your knowledge, understanding and resources for becoming and staying healthy – however be aware that basic knowledge of biology and anatomy will be very helpful!
