This course contains both self-study and live training in online classes and covers the META-Health Level 1 and 2 material. It will take 6 months including 24 live sessions, 2 hours each, mainly in a weekly rhythm. You will get preparatory videos, reading material and tasks that help to understand and integrate the content, while the group sessions focus on demonstrations, discusion of the material, and practical exercises for you. All the time, our trainers and tutors will support you and we’ll be a learning family with an active chatgroup. Altogether you should reckon approximately 5 hours per week.

Coaching is an art, and getting it right is crucial for future coaching events, the expectations of others who may require coaching (word travels fast), and the smooth operation of the business.
This workshop takes subject matter experts and helps them understand the art of interactive coaching. It begins with identifying what people want from a coach and the coaching experience. It then moves into our Coaching Structure and examines each element, ensuring the reason for each is discussed and clearly understood.
We look closely at why the environment can be critical, even when coaching in their workplace. And we prove the need for Emotionally Intelligent thinking and actions.
We delve into the practical aspect of reverse engineering the desired outcome. Participants will learn how to create what we refer to as Snap Objectives, a technique that establishes the coaching objective before the session begins, even in ad hoc or unexpected sessions.
By the end of this workshop, your coach will be equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to conduct effective coaching sessions. They will also be able to design coaching plans that adhere to a consistent approach, ensuring all coaching sessions are impactful.

An intensive group coaching programme for qualified and certified coaches who want to add group coaching as an offer in their practice.


This programme is for coaches who are interested in developing their understanding of group coaching, the skills required to facilitate group coaching and add value to their business and their clients.


The objectives of the programme are, to:
understand the principles of group coaching
understand the impact of group dynamics
apply coaching skills in a group context


Course Summary
This programme has a mix of group and 1to1 sessions, as outlined below:
Five Tutorial sessions (4 hours each) - on set dates, 9am - 1pm
Two Mentoring sessions (1 hour each) - dates to be agreed with the Tutor
Two Group Supervision Sessions (1.5 hours each) - dates to be agreed with the Tutor


The interactive 5 half days will introduce a variety of topics supported through practice. Topics covered during the programme include;
Developing understanding of group coaching; the context, contracting and care
Building knowledge and understanding of the interference and shadows
Practising group coaching skills working with holding, containing, dynamics
Tools of choice for group coaching
Recognising your strengths and challenges as a professional coach, working with groups
Practical matters, set up and running
Feedback, reflection, and supervision


A BSC Certificate of Attendance is available on request.
