The Project is a strength and conditioning facility that aims to deliver a program which is inclusive and challenging for any ability. Helping people to become fitter, faster and stronger, with an emphasis on developing and educating you as a person. We don’t like routine at The Project, therefore no class will ever be the same, to us routine is the enemy! We use conditioning, weightlifting and bodyweight movements in a variety of ways to challenge every aspect of fitness. The Project’s program is designed to be differentiated for any ability therefore the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We differentiate loads, intensity and times! Elliot and Charlotte have been involved in the health and fitness industry collectively for over 25yrs! Having always been physically active themselves and enjoying helping other people to discover what works for them in the health and fitness space they opened the Project in October 2017. Elliot & Charlotte are passionate about treating everyone as an individual, understanding that not one fitness journey is the same. I’m Audrey Bodman, founder of Outshine Telephone Training & Resources, a company that was born out of my passion for supporting individuals and organisations in building strong relationships with their customers and securing more business in their market. My career began as a junior at a food and drinks company. I was tasked with selling services to customers, both new and existing, over the phone and I found that just a few well-chosen words could mean the difference between no sales and several made through up-selling or cross-selling. That success was addictive, and the next step on my journey saw me advertising sales for a regional newspaper. Here I climbed the ladder quickly and improved my team’s performance through individual coaching sessions. Those two jobs sparked a passion within me that was hard to shake off. After the birth of my gorgeous son, I joined a company as ‘job club leader’ supporting long-term unemployed individuals in getting back into the world of work. It was here that I really saw how life-changing opportunities could be generated by phone, so I decided to build my own business centered around supporting people to do just that. From absolute beginners to experienced drivers, using coaching, practice and diagrams, I will give each pupil an understanding of what the car is doing and where they need to position the car on the road. Lessons will be tailored to match the ability of the pupil and to encourage them to progress further. Beginners Cockpit Drill, Controls, Starting/Stopping and Gear Changes Intermediates Meeting, Junctions/Roundabouts, Manoeuvres and Dual Carriageway Advanced Town driving, Independent Driving, Mock Tests & Driving Tests Extras Pass Plus, Motorway Driving, Eco-Safe, Refresher Lessons My area coverage is Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Ware, Sawbridgeworth, Stansted Abbotts, Hallingbury, Sheering, Hatfield Heath, and Much Hadham. These areas are within easy reach of the Bishop’s Stortford test centre. Lessons Starting from a minimum of 1 hour, 1 and half, 2 hours etc. Intensive courses are available. As a 10 dance finalist (Ballroom & Latin) 3 years running, gained top teacher award for training students with disabilities to competition level. However in 2003 I was told I would be wheelchair bound within five years due to a serious back problem. It was then that I discovered the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® along with my knowledge and previous training was able to have complete recovery.
