One of our most popular services is our Pole Dancing Fitness classes in Birmingham. Most of our pole classes are fitness based and we recognise pole as an artistic sport. We are enthusiastic about the training we do and are captivated by the strength and athleticism required for this beautiful art. If you want to learn to dance and try linking some moves together, we also offer Lyrical pole flow and Hypnotic Heels pole flow classes which focus on learning to dance and finding flow
