My clients come to me for a variety of reasons. Some are pregnant, some are post
natal and want to know how to get back to exercise safely. Some just need some
motivation and want to get their mojo back with exercise. Some are struggling
with specific women's health issues - a pelvic organ prolapse, a diastasis
recti, pelvic floor issues or the menopause. But they all have one thing in
common: they want to be sure they’re doing the right exercises for them & their
stage of life.
