We are delighted to introduce to you Scallywags Children’s Nursery Loanhead.
Opening in May 2016 we are a 50 place nursery, designed to a high spec in the
heart of Loanhead. Situated on Academy Lane we have access to safe, traffic
free, public footpaths and cycle ways to allow our children and staff safe trips
out in to the local community. At Scallywags we are firm believers that children
“Learn through play” and therefor offer a vast array of activities for children
of all ages. With safety always being a top priority at Scallywags we have
installed a camera buzzer entry system to the building and secure keypad entry
systems to each playroom ensuring staff and children remain safe at all times.
Your child will be cared for in welcoming surroundings harmonising closely with
your normal daily routine. Our caring and energetic staff provide a stimulating
environment to encourage your child’s development, noting each milestone along
the way in your child’s Learning Journal. We pride ourselves on working with the
local community and currently have a spare room in the nursery which will allow
us to hold extra-curricular classes accessible to children attending Scallywags
