Charlotte has worked in care since 2013 and worked primarily with individuals with a range of additional needs, disabilities and medical conditions. She went to university and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. Charlotte worked for a children and young adults respite service where she progressed from Support Worker to Care Manager. It was here she gained opportunities to provide in-house training in various areas including moving and handling, PEG feeding and more. This is where she gained her passion for delivering training after sitting in many training sessions and completing various e-learning courses and finding many missing the mark.

This runs on a Thursday and Friday each week and offers cooking classes where you can learn to be independent in your kitchen, as well as a range of fun craft activities and days out to local parks and attractions.
