Outdoor fitness class which is baby friendly. Suitable from 6-12 weeks postpartum following the all clear from your GP to exercise. We do cardio (no/low/high impact options), bodyweight & resistance exercises. We also focused on core & pelvic floor restoration. We welcome all fitness levels, there are variations to all exercises to suit different Postnatal needs and goals. We are a friendly, supportive & non-judgemental space. Your mental wellbeing is just as important to us as your physical health. Classes are small and in the fresh air for that extra wellness boost, the babies seem to love being outdoors too.  Classes are also a sociable place to chat and support each other. A lot of people head for lunch or coffee or stay for a picnic in the park after.

On this course, you’ll begin to learn the 9 Alan d Foundation haircuts, finishing techniques, how to cut and style hair, hair colouring, colour correction, the latest Barbering techniques, scissor over comb, clipper work and much more.

This Beginners Barbering Course is aimed at those looking to be work-ready upon completion and working towards an internationally recognised Barbering qualification. After an initial induction, on day 2 you will learn to cut & style utilising the 5 Alan d Foundation haircuts before moving on to the practical elements of Barbering, incorporating all the latest techniques using scissors, scissor-over-comb, clippers & trimmers and learning beard and moustache trimming and wet shaving.

This course is great for those looking to enter the world of Barbering whilst fitting training around their existing work schedule. You’ll learn to cut & style utilising the 5 Alan d foundation haircuts before moving onto all the latest Barbering techniques using scissors, scissor-over-comb, beard and moustache trimming, clipper work, shampooing and much more.

This is the Alan d signature course. Aimed at barbers returning to the industry or experience barbers feeling ‘bogged down’ with their everyday routine and looking for inspiration. It’s also ideal for those trained in Ladies Hairdressing who haven’t been formally trained in the latest barbering techniques. You will learn the 5 Alan d Foundation Barbering haircuts along with use of clippers, fading, and beard & moustache trimming.

Learn the classic Wet Shave in this intermediate barbering course. Ideal for qualified men’s hairdressers and barbers wanting to add Wet Shaving to their services. You’ll learn skin theory, skin tensioning, lathering techniques, skin preparation and more.
