Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence. It aims to teach boat handling and seapersonship in powerboats.

PWCs aka Jetskis are fast and exciting, but need to be handled with care. This RYA course is designed for first time and experienced riders alike. Increasingly this certificate is required for launching in UK harbours, but is also needed if you want to use your PWC abroad.

All our skippers and instructors are either fully qualified RYA Yachtmaster or Cruising Instructors with many years of experience sailing in Scotland and with years of offshore experience, sailing across the seas and oceans. They all have various other RYA qualifications and are keen to share their knowledge with you.
